Terms and Conditions

Legacy Leadership Network, Inc. Marriage Retreat (July 12-14, 2026, Manitou Springs, Colorado)

By registering for and participating in the Marriage Retreat sponsored by Legacy Leadership Network, Inc. ("Legacy"), a Texas 501(c)(3) nonprofit religious organization, I agree to the following:

  1. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability: I understand that participation in the retreat, including any suggested activities (such as hiking, shopping, or other personal outings), involves certain risks, including but not limited to travel, physical activity, weather conditions, personal health issues, or other unforeseen events. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation before, during, and after the retreat. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Legacy Leadership Network, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, speakers, agents, and affiliates (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, illness, death, or other harm that may occur to me (or my property) in connection with the retreat, including but not limited to negligence (but excluding gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by law).

  2. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) brought by any third party arising from my participation in the retreat or my actions/omissions.

  3. No Liability for Third-Party Services or Activities: Legacy is not responsible for, and assumes no liability related to, hotel accommodations (including the Cliff House Hotel conference room), transportation, meals, or any independent activities I choose to undertake during non-session times.

  4. Photo/Likeness Release: I grant Legacy Leadership Network, Inc. permission to photograph, record, or otherwise capture my image, voice, or likeness during the retreat. I authorize Legacy to use such images or recordings (without compensation to me) in promotional materials, website content, social media, newsletters, or other materials related to Legacy's mission and future events, in perpetuity.

  5. Registration and Refund Policy: All registrations are made via the online form on the Legacy website. The total registration fee is non-refundable except as outlined in the schedule below. By registering, I acknowledge and accept this policy:

    • $100 Non-Refundable at sign-up

    • $200 Non-Refundable 60-31 days prior to the retreat

    • $300 Non-Refundable 30-15 days prior to the retreat

    • $400 Non-Refundable 14 or fewer days prior to the retreat

I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older (or have appropriate legal authorization if registering on behalf of a minor), have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and agree to be bound by them. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
